- Setup fees - 13: $1000, 1300: Nil, 1800: Nil.
- Cancellation fee within 12 months is $50.00.
- Calls are billed pro-rata in 1 second increments.
- There is no flagfall or call connection fee on all calls.
- Notes on first 15 minutes FREE: Only applies to calls originating from a local fixed landline and terminating at a local fixed landline. Normal plan rates apply after first FREE 15 minutes.
- Rates quoted are for new on-net customers and are subject to change without notice.
- We do not bar Mobile or National calls.
- A minimum charge of 15 cents applies on inbound calls from national or mobile origin.
- A $20 setup fee applies to each new inbound number.
- We require 1 calendar month's notice, in writing, if you are changing carriers or closing your account.
